15AL Requires 7 Command Inscription: "Riders on the Storm" Armor+10 vs. Lightning Damage The inscription's not great, and I can add on a shield handle of Fortitude (+30hp) and another inscription worth some value: (such as reduce bleeding/reduce fire by 10%) Any thoughts? |

20kish easy. 15/7 para shields seem to be less common, and have found people paying through the nose for them. just wait for the right person.
